Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where matched betting and the underlying gambling activity are lawful. The Service is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where gambling-related services are restricted.
What the Service is — and is not
Odds Artist provides information tools to help you compare odds and track promotions offered by third-party bookmakers. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept stakes, hold customer funds, or pay out winnings. We are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and do not require a licence because we do not facilitate gambling transactions.
No guarantees
Odds change every second; figures shown on the Service are indicative and may be stale. You are responsible for verifying any price on the bookmaker's site before placing a bet. Matched-betting strategies do not guarantee profit and bookmakers may close, restrict, or void accounts at their discretion ("gubbing").
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your billing page.
- Refunds are at our discretion outside the 14-day statutory cancellation window. By starting to use the Service during that window you agree the digital content has begun to be supplied and waive the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
Acceptable use
You must not: scrape, resell, or proxy our data feeds; share account credentials; use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others; or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms; we will refund any unused portion of a paid period unless the breach involved fraud or abuse.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
